The old cellars with their stone vaults have been carefully restored and contain a valuable collection of wines, with hundreds of local, regional, national and international labels. The area spans three floors, two of which are underground, allowing better preservation of the most prestigious wines and the best vintages. The lower room is reserved for red wines and often hosts short wine tasting courses and sessions led by expert sommeliers.
